A complete application must be received by the deadline (December 1st, 2010)
Signed parental consent form

Application Requirements

Complete XPECT Leadership Program Application
One Teacher Recommendation (Science, Math or English)
Passport-size or head shot photo (Attach a digital image to your online application)

- The XPECT Leadership Program Application
- A complete Teacher Evaluation
- A signed Parental Consent form
